Used roseland furniture on a few occasions. First experience my furniture got delivered to incorrect address which I did get the day after. I have recently ordered a desk which came in poor unusable condition. I had to arrange for that to get collected and wait for another one to be sent out, which was another week with a broken one stuck in my house and for the new one. I got my message from the delivery company an hour into my two hour time slot with the time of delivery, I then had to leave work quickly to get home in case they came as it was already an hour into my slot. Luckily enough the driver was picking up my broken one which should have been being picked up separately. I spoke to roseland furniture and they said there is not a lot they can do other than change it or refund. I got my new desk and there was still slight damage underneath it but it didn’t effect the use of the desk and I could repair myself Not really the customer service I would expect considering it was £180 Don’t think I will use this company again
