I ordered an item which was damaged, the replacement was also damaged and then the next replacement was damaged!
All the damage appeared to be during manufacture or packing, not during to shipping to me.
To give them some credit Roseland sorted out the problems quickly, but in the end I had to cobble together unbroken bits from two deliveries to make up one good item.
