Ordered a mattress, said would be 3-5 working days delivery, didn’t hear anything at day so so gave them a email, quick response but to say it’s actually 7-10days and that the website was wrong! Eventually when the mattress came it came without a email update so no one was home for the delivery. The mattress it’s self however is great.
