I was happy with the service but sadly not the sofa. The cushion on the chaise end of the sofa was too short and wouldn’t lush all the way to the back of the sofa. This meant when you sat on it your bottom would sink down lower than your feet. I sent an email and was initially told it was part of the design. After escalating the matter to management I received an apology for the design fault and was advised it would be reported back to the manufacturer. I was offered £50 if I kept the sofa or a free return. I opted for the return but appreciated the gesture.
