I have bought three pieces of the Chichester range from Roseland over the past few months. The furniture itself is very attractive however on separate occasions the sideboard and the TV stand both arrived damaged. The MDF back panel on the TV stand was not attached, Roseland refunded me £20 to fix this myself. The sideboard arrived with a huge hole on the top of the wood and looked like it had been smashed in. I had to return this item and wait 2 weeks for a new one to arrive. Delivery and collection were terrible, as Rosleand advise a day and time will be provided in advance which is not the case. The courier contacted me on the morning of delivery out of the blue to say my furniture was being delivered which resulted in me having to leave work last minute to let the driver into my house. When I queried this with Roseland they said only some of their couriers offer pre warning about delivery times, however this is not communicated at any point during the purchase of furniture from them.
