I ordered a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. When the delivery arrived it was just the wardrobe and bedside table. I was told the chest of drawers would follow. When I unpacked the wardrobe many of the screws and fixings were missing. Very frustrating. To add insult to injury, after two hours I attemped to leave the building. The chest of drawers had been left literally in front of the door, it clearly was on the lorry but the delivery team had mislaid it. As a small care home, this is how all staff go in and out and is a fire exit. We were unable to get in or out. The next morning I emailed Roseland, once about the missing fittings, secondly about the unacceptable delivery. Roseland ignored the email about the heavy furniture left in front of the door and said they would "speak to the spares department". I heard nothing back. That was a week ago. I have managed to purchase the missing bolts and screws privately but the customer service is shockingly bad. I believe in giving a company time to rectify a problem - they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction , rectifying mistakes or saying sorry.
