The quality was average - lightweight, and not 100% oak. I worry that the longevity will be limited.
Communication was pathetic - the first I knew of the delivery date was a call from the driver 5 minutes before he arrived.
It's also worth being careful with the delivery - when they say "kerb-side", they really mean it
