My furniture was despatched within the agreed time, and is of very high quality. The only issue I have is the courier - XDP - who they used to deliver my order. They are the worst courier I have ever encountered, so if you are unfortunate enough to have XDP deliver to you, expect them to not turn up at the agreed time, then turn up out of the blue when you are not home, mark your item as delivered and then never respond to your emails or calls and their app is useless. Thankfully, the customer service at Roseland is very good and they sorted out the issues with XDP for me. If i order from them again, I will request a different courier
