I ordered a chest of drawers , two bedside tables and a tall boy and was looking forward to receiving the new furniture. Unfortunately the delivery company failed to inform me when delivery was scheduled, turned up unannounced and attempted to leave all these items on my doorstep. I was unable to accept the goods due to being unable to lift them into the house without assistance, which I would have arranged given the advance notification that I was meant to receive. The delivery driver explained the there was a problem with their systems. Roseland Furniture customer service was disinterested, instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the delivery company they choose to deal with had messed up and I was inconvenienced , suggested I should pay an additional £25 to have these items delivered with advance warning. No customer service at all.
Needless to say I cancelled the order and have purchased replacement items from John Lewis at comparable price and with free delivery to room of choice. Very disappointed that Roseland Furniture don’t seem to care about what happens after the goods are despatched. And very happy with my John Lewis furniture.
