I waited for 2 weeks and the furniture failed to arrived. I have been on the tracking site everyday to check the status. Even when it said it would deliver on particular days, they didn’t show up - not even a courtesy call or email. Clearly they just don’t care. They even stopped updating the status on the tracking site. I have been in contact with your support centre. They got fed up too as they got no way with the delivery company. They even lodged a complaint with their support centre. Anyway, the order has been cancelled and I’m waiting for reimbursement.
