At the moment even 1 star is too many. I placed and paid for my order on 20th Feb and still no goods. They are sitting with your delivery partner, status "in delivery depot" since 2nd Apr and I still have not been given a date despite several email chasers and promises from your staff that the delivery partner would get in touch to schedule a date? I will email again to cancel this order and request a refund and also report this fiasco to trading standards on Thursday if I do not get any satisfactory progress by the close of business on Wed 13th April.
