Very poor customer service. The armchair I ordered and paid for turned out to be discontinued. I had to call twice to find out why it hadn’t been delivered. The lady I spoke to the second time was very rude on the phone. A proactive phone call to let me know the situation would have been appreciated, rather than just an email (which never came through to me) and holding my money until I called.
