Our table arrived water damaged, customer service was patchy to good, for 3 days the phone wasn't answered but emails answered in 12 hours and Facebook comments replied to. The pick-up of the table didn't go well until the last call to a customer service agent. Allot of the issues would be outside the control of Roseland, Covid staff shortages, useless courier, poor communication, a day before I was about to put the transaction into Paypal dispute the table was collected and a few days later a refund issued.
