Ordered two items online for delivery by courier, one was perfect the other was unfortunately damaged. This is when your heart sinks and you wonder why you ordered furniture online! However, I couldn't fault their customer service. Absolutely brilliant! After emailing pictures of the problem, they quickly arranged collection and a replacement to be delivered. I think the level of customer service determines how good a company is and that's why I have given them a 5* rating. I would definitely use them again.
