Very poor service - order 2 items of furniture which was advertised as 1-3 days delivery - was duly notified by courier after a couple of days that they had received th consignment ... and then nothing. Emailed Roseland who apparently could do little to help except email the courier company on my behalf-they would not/could not phone them. Eventually after 5 days with nothing they finally agreed to a full refund - pleased to get refund but not impressed with service overall.
