We purchased a nest of tables from Roseland, these arrived and although being perfect in every other way they had some slight marking on the table top. Roseland quickly and efficiently arranged for collection and replacement.
Unfortunately the 2nd set of tables was similarly marked. A return and full refund was quickly arranged.
I would have no hesitation in buying from Roseland again as the most important aspect of company service is how it deals with issues such as this. Roseland were let down by their supplier but handled the issue admirably.
