Always had great products and good service from Roseland. On this occasion they have been seriously let down by the courier company XPD. Hanging bought and paid for this steamer chair on 24 May I am still waiting for it to be delivered with no information on where it has gone. I am sure when it or a replacement arrive the usual four or five stars will be merited.
