The item was received damaged and we had to send photographs as proof of damage. The option to exchange was offered and we have accepted that, we are still waiting for the pick up of the damaged item and will only get the replacement once Roseland has received the damage item, I believe. So having got rid of our old tv stand we will have to watch the telly on the floor until the new one arrives, and knowing the delivery company XPD that Roseland Furniture use, whom we have had unhappy experiences of previously, we do not expect to be soon.
