I tried to buy some furniture from you. On the day of my order you emailed that it had been dispatched and you took my payment. After 6 days waiting I messaged you to ask when it would be delivered. You failed to give me a delivery date. I tried again the next day and you again failed to give me a delivery date.
I phoned you and the person on the phone was unable to give me a delivery date. She offered to cancel the order. I explained that as I was about to go on holiday, I would reluctantly have to request the cancellation. She agreed to cancel it. Since then I have heard nothing from your company. No apology and more importantly, no refund of my payment.
I am not impressed by your non existent Customer Service. In fact I have been incredibly saddened by the whole experience. Please sort yourselves out.
