This has been a catalogue of errors that still has not finished! We ordered 7 items from Roseland with a cost of more than £1,500 on 20th May. We finally received notification that our order was being delivered on 8th June. The delivery was due before 3pm and arrived at 3.30pm. When we opened up the packages, we found that the Daymer Cream chest was completely broken and that only the bottom half of the Zelah Oak Wardrobe had been delivered. When I called Roseland, they said they would arrange for the rest of the wardrobe to be delivered the next day and that they would ask the delivery company to also pick up the damaged chest. When the delivery arrived (again later than the slot I was given), they would not take the chest with them. When I phoned Roseland again, they said that they would arrange for the chest to be picked up separately. They also informed me at this point, that the delivery company should have taken all of the packaging away with them (as you can imagine, I had enormous amounts of this!) Neither Roseland nor Panther (the deliver company) had informed me of this prior to delivery so I now have lots of packaging outside of my house. We called Roseland again on 11th June and they said that they would arrange for the chest to be picked up on 12th June. We explained that we would not be in, but they agreed that as the chest was damaged, we would leave it under a tarpaulin outside our house and they would inform Panther as well as ask them to take the packaging away. On 12th June, the delivery company did not arrive and we received a message to say that they did not complete the delivery because no one was in. We called Roseland again today to arrange for ANOTHER attempt at picking up the chest. We still have not been told when our replacement chest is due to be delivered. If I were Roseland I would seriously consider changing my delivery company as while the quality of the furniture is OK, the service quality has been pretty dreadful. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
