The order was processed very quickly and received without delay.I bought a London cupboard on opening it the left hand side near the hinges seemed to be splashed with something white or fingers marks. I did let the company know and they offered a new one but stated it could not be guaranteed the new one would not have marks on. I did keep the cupboard but had to buy a strip of similar wood to go over it. I really would not recommend it
