Communication was minimal. I was informed delievery 3-5 days (so the website states) well mine was over 2 weeks. The delievery firm had my goods on the Monday but I wasn’t informed and didnt get a call until the Friday. 5 days wasted. Contacted Roseland and not even an apology.
The wardrobe then arrived damaged. I had a call from a delievery firm explaining my new one would be delievered on the Friday. I took the day off work as this is now 4 weeks later and I’m getting pretty desperate for my wardrobe. I had a call at 1pm stating it was never delivered to the delivery company and wouldn’t be delievered until the following week.
Problem after problem.
The furniture is okay. Not amazing. I wouldn’t shop here again.
