We are pleased with the bookcases we ordered. However we are rather disappointed with the service from Roseland, although the staff my wife spoke to were very pleasant. The sideboard we ordered wasn’t in stock and we were told that it could be 6-8 weeks before delivery. However, it was only after our phone call to Roseland some 3 months later that they ascertained that the sideboard had been discontinued.
