I am really happy with my purchase of my bookcase with being kept up to date with delivery times etc. However, the delivery was to my flat on the 3rd floor without a lift. The delivery person said he shouldn't have carried the bookcase up the three flights of stairs as it should have been left at the front door i.e. the main entrance to the building. He was not too happy and showed me the terms and conditions. I may have missed these terms and conditions on the order but was quite embarrassed that he had to do this. I remember being given options about 2 man delivery etc but did not choose this. Just thought I would comment on this as maybe it should be made clearer at the time of order. Thanks Lorraine
