I have purchase a number of items from Roseland furniture and so far all have been very good quality. However, I am very unimpressed with their delivery contractor on my recent order.
I ordered a sideboard and coffee table on the 31 July and was advised by Roseland that its had been dispatched to delivery firm on the 8th August. I had heard nothing by the 13th August so send an email to Roseland enquiring how my delivery was doing. I received a prompt reply the same day to advise me that they had checked and could see my items where with delivery form and they had asked then to ring me that day the 13th August.
I received a call from delivery firm on the evening of the 14th August advising me that it might be possible to deliver my items that Friday the 16th August. I said this was the one day it would be difficult for me to take the delivery. The guy said not to worry and he would call me within 24 hours with a revised date. Its now two days later the 16th August and still not call from delivery firm.
Very disappointed in performance of delivery firm.
I have no problem with the time it takes to get my order if I know. However, to tell me its on the way and then take such a long time to get it to me is disappointing.
In comparison I ordered a dinning table & Chairs and a nest of tables from Oak Furniture Land and despite it saying free delivery could be between 14 and 21 days it was here in 5 days.
I am unable to comment on quality of recent items as still waiting delivery.
