Having used them before I was disappointed to receive a damaged product, however the packaging was good and this things happen. What was 'poor' was the Customer Service' I received. I was told to wrap the item back up, not easy and a collection and replacement was arranged for a weeks time meaning I had a unit blocking my hall for a week - on the day NOTHING. I had to call them to find nothing had been done - this time I spoke to a lovely lady who emailed me confirmation and did what she said she would, however I feel very let down. I was planning to order another item but am now not so sure.
