Furniture and delivery excellent, after service poor, handles on my last piece of furniture were dull and rusty, sent a mail with photos and within a couple of days received more, just as bad the chest is in the same room as my other purchases and look shabby in comparison, sent mail about second ones to be told they look FINE they don’t now want more photos, sad to lose a good customer over a few handles 😡
