Gave no indication of a delivery date, just got told they would be in touch. One day I was on my way to work and got nothing but a text message saying it’s on it’s way, called the number on the email, left a voicemail to say neither me or my husband would be home as it’s so last minute. No one called me back, chest of drawers just left outside my front door for anyone to take so my inlaws had to travel over to store it at their house untill we were home - shocking service and very stressful
