The furniture was ordered on line on 7 October '18 with £10 extra paid for express delivery to be made on 9 October. This did not happen. Roseland was phoned and it was agreed the furniture would be delivered on Monday 15 October '18 when someone would be at home to receive the goods. (the £10 was refunded). Again, it did not happen. Roseland was again phoned and we were told it would be delivered on Tuesday 16 October '18 although we said nobody would be at home after 3pm. We were told it was now marked as Express Service so it would hopefully be delivered early in the day. (Hopefully is a term used a lot by Roseland staff). Thus far, at 10am on the 16th, it has not been delivered. One can only live in hope. From my conversation with the Roseland staff member on the telephone it would appear that Roseland have no control whatsoever over their delivery partners. Roseland's delivery service is pathetic.
I cannot review the TV stand as I am still waiting to receive it.
