The ordering process was easy, we were advised when it had been sent to the courier. It went down hill from there. Part of the order was delivered, we weren't notified in advance and we were unable to track the delivery, Staff tried to track the rest of the order without luck. It was finally delivered 4 days later and left in the porch.
