We ordered a sideboard, TV unit and nest of tables. Whilst we were very happy with the sideboard and TV unit, there was some damage with the nest of tables. They were packed very well, so it must have occurred during manufacture. We arranged for an exchange, but unfortunately there was also some damage on the second set. Again, this must have been during manufacture, so suggests that quality control procedures could be improved before packing. As we couldn't agree on a mutually convenient date for another exchange, we have agreed to keep the second set with a partial refund.
