I was a bit disappointed that my oak furniture was both a day late and had quite a lot of Medullary rays on it. I have a lot of oak in my house and none of it has this. BUT my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently in both cases and we sorted things quickly to my satisfaction. This is a really cheap oak dressing table stool and stand so it's really only to be expected that the quality will not be as good as something twice the price. The customer care definitely saved the day.
