Online ordering very smooth and no need for any human interaction with the company. Vey poor experience with the delivery compnay, XPD. Very short notice of delivery - same day, which isn't great for working people. Then a two hour time slot, and when called XPD to see if they were tracking the driver, very unfriendly response and no further information. Once we were past the delivery slot, another call to XPD, again very grumpy and unpleasant, but eventually revealsed driver running two hours late. So, very poor customer service, very poor information and no updates. Bad enough to put me off using Roseland again, even though not really their problem.
