If I could give zero stars I would. They have been absolutely appalling with customer service. They use delivery companies that leave hundreds of pounds worth of furniture with a weight of 54kg over 80m up the road at a random house. When I eventually received the item it was damaged and then tell me I am unable to get a refund unless I organise my own courier service to get the item delivered back to them. Constantly having different people on the phone telling you completely different things and overall being utterly unhelpful I am left with a complete damaged item and currently unable to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST.
