Product arrived well wrapped and in good condition within a few days. I was kept informed of progress around despatch and delivery date which was very helpful. The only downside - the sideboard was delivered to my back door and just left there. The delivery man informed me that delivery was to the door only and that I would need to have paid an additional delivery fee if I wanted it taken into the house. When I’m paying in excess of £300 for a product I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the item to be delivered into the home. I had to get my elderly parents to come round and wrestle it into my dining room (I’ve recently had major surgery and can’t lift anything). I did recheck the small print re delivery options on your website afte delivery and to be fair, it does say that there is an extra charge for a 2 man-deliver. However, this needs to be made much clearer to customers that this is the case. It’s a shame because the product is lovely but the delivery side lets it down. I wasn’t even able to open the packaging and check the product before the delivery man left.
