The larder unit was well made and if rating the product only would have given 4*
But my low rating reflects the second rate delivery and customer service support for this company
They seem to have an official policy of ignoring any customer comments that are negative .
Despite my initial comments I would certainly not buy anything from them again or recommend to any future customer .
Such a shame because I think the actions required to improve the whole customer experience are really quite easy .
