I would have scored 5/5 , but the delivery process did cause a lot of stress. The website used to track your delivery sends you to a French website. Consequently I had no idea when my furniture was likely to be delivered. In the end I was at work when it arrived and my neighbours were kind enough to store it for me. I did contact Roseland to try and stop the delivery, and was assured this would happen, but no it didn't. They also admit there is an issue with delivery. It's good furniture, but they need to sort delivery out.
