We are very pleased with both of our purchases. Roseland have been very professional in dealing with any issues we have had. The goods were dispatched speedily and when they arrived we could use them straight from the box, no assembly required. The only negative point we would make does not relate to Roseland or their products but to the courier/delivery company used to deliver the goods. This company has a faulty website, supplies mis-information, lacks communication, has a failure to deliver when stated and causes damage to products. We have experienced each of these. Given the amount of negative reviews this courier company has attracted we are surprised Roseland continue to use them.
