Have used Roseland before and been very happy, however I ordered 7 items recently and 3 were damaged on delivery. I got back in touch with Roseland who offered an exchange a few days later. When the 3 new items came, I opened one to check and saw that this was also damaged. The deivery driver insisted that he could not split the order, so took the original 3 damaged items back as well as the 3 new items. I was the told that a new dlivery was arranged for 2 days later, but it never turned up! I phoned once again and was promised that the delivery would take place two days later and I would receive a ‘gesture of good will’, which I am still waiting for! I have since recived emails from roseland and the delivery company trying to arrange to pick up the original damamged items which have all gone back!!
