Great furniture but a few issues. Firstly ordered a TV cabinet with a requested delivery date on a Wednesday which was not fulfilled (I had to book this day off work just for this), Roseland phoned and apologised and changed it to a Saturday delivery (which I had to pay for). It then randomly turned up on the Thursday and the courier had just left it outside our front door. We were not currently living at the property at the time and only happened to pop in late one evening and noticed it there. Another cabinet then turned up on the Saturday, which again was left outside this time in the rain all day. I had to bring the dripping wet box into my house and leave it there until the courier could collect it a few days later. Roseland did refund the extra delivery charge for the Saturday. We then ordered three more items of matching furniture, which again we paid extra, £50, for it to be delivered on a Saturday. Two items turned up (at 7am..) and one was missing. Again contacted Roseland and they apologised and tracked the missing item, which then arrived a few days later, due to New Years etc. One item had slight paint damage on the drawer edge and another a dent on the leg, although they were not worth trying to get an exchange for, you don't expect damage on items that weren't exactly cheap. Overall good quality furniture, but courier and communications let them down.
