The drawers are very nice but they arrived in a van with no lift and my elderly husband had to help the deliverer to get it down and then carry it to the door. It was all mixed up in the back of the van with very care. Fortunately although the outer packing was damaged the drawers survived unscathed
All that hype in the email from you about Tuffnells was misplaced.
