Ordered three items, all three boxes arrived damp. On opening first box it was damaged on two pieces - massive split in wood on one of the legs and underneath the dressing table.
After phoning Roseland support which seems to ring through twice then hang up on you? They could only send out replacement a week later, after booking leave from work again to stay in (as they only ever deliver on weekdays) no one turned up to pickup damaged item or deliver new.
Speaking with them again today to try and resolve they are unable to provide solution other than to stay home on a weekday and pray someone arrives or leave damaged item outside and have refund.
If I had the chance to undo ordering from Roseland i would, think twice before ordering anything online - if you live local then i guess it wouldn't be an issue.
