I ordered 6 items of bedroom furniture, which were delivered as promised on my chosen day, 2 items were badly damaged, I rang to replace which was no issue, delivery was arranged, on the Friday we had snow so I didn't know if delivery would occur I contacted them and there would be no delivery, I should have been contacted to let me know, redelivered 2 days later and courier should have collected damaged items but refused to take, do had to arrange another day for collection. To sum up furniture is ok but you do get what you pay for apart from the fronts and sides, inners are rough stapled timber, and deliveries, collections are difficult, with no updates from Roseland or couriers, and used 4 days holiday to complete satisfactory conculsion.
