The chest of drawers I ordered & paid extra to arrive on a Saturday, actually arrived on a Wednesday, no explanation given. When unpacked we discovered the drawers were very badly made, one divider between two drawers was at an angle, there were several visible dowels and big gaps between drawers and main chest. Oh and there was a dent on the top front edge, most likely made by the delivery man who dumped the chest upside down despite the big labels saying 'this way up'. Needless to say we returned the chest and got our money back.
