We purchased the farrow tv unit as we already have the sideboards, the tv unit arrived damaged on the leg and with a nail sticking through the unit. Upon complaining to the company they offered a £30 part refund or exchange, we requested a exchange only to be told we would have to wait in all day as they couldn’t offer a time slot which is obsurd.. so not only do I have the inconvenience of a damaged item they expect me to sit around all day waiting for it to be collected and exchanged very poor customer service .. would not recommend this company at all.. they genuinely thought it was good customer service they were offering and also found it acceptable for a customer to have to stay in all day with no idea of a rough time of collection.
