Item as expected, looks good.
Service from delivery team was appalling! Because of my location of The Isle of Wight the main delivery company sub contracts to another delivery company. When given a date of delivery and taken a day off work for this, the item did not arrive. I was advised to chase the sub contractors the following day. I was told that the delivery date given to me was not the date of delivery to me but the date it was to arrive at the sub contractors and it was up to them to deliver the item when they could. Utter shambles!!!!!!!!!!!!
