We experienced an efficient order process with speedy delivery of the Surrey oak chest of drawers. We queried the unusual wood markings on a small part of it but received a same day reply explaining them, with an expert's internet link, plus an offer of refund if required. We have decided to keep it as it is a sturdy and attractive chest of drawers, and the most shallow one we could find on the internet with lots of storage which would fit into our small bedroom.
