I have ordered a few different items from Roseland Furniture and have been very happy with their furniture. It is solid, beautiful and well made. However, delivery has mostly been ok apart from this last order which was terrible. Item was delayed, not delivered, then lost in transit, reordered on express delivery and then delayed again. Each time I spoke to someone, it was a different person and it seems they do not pass on vital info when there is a problem with delivery and a lot of excuses were made. I am hoping this is a one off as they have lovely furniture and are nice to deal with on the phone. Hopefully this was a blip......
