After ordering 2 items online and originally being advised the items would be delivered within 3 days I was disappointed to find out the following day only 1 item is in stock. I was advised it would be 10-12 weeks before it is back in stock. I was asked if I would like my monies back but I do want the furniture I ordered, so said I'd wait for it to come into stock. On the day if delivery I was given a 2 hour window, but the item arrived approximately 1 hour afterwards. When I tried to track the order the only information was it had been dispatched. When I tried to contact the delivery company I was give a short answer that they only speak to the company and not the customer.
