Product said it would be delivered in 2 working days, when after 4 we hadn't heard we rang to find that it was sitting in the warehouse but we were then offered a free Saturday delivery to apologise. It would be helpful if the courier service could provide you with the 2 hour time slot the day before like others instead of on the day. Always answered the telephone promptly which is nice instead of having to be on hold for ages with bigger companies.
